Edina City Council Meetings

The Edina City Council, which includes a Mayor and four Council Members elected at large, is responsible for the efficient operation of the city government through policies and ordinances that are carried out by the Council-appointed City Manager.

Specifically, the Council is responsible for budgeting, taxation and management of City property. The Council is accountable to the residents of the Edina.

Meetings of the Edina City Council are typically held 7 p.m. the first and third Tuesdays of the month in Edina City Hall. Typical agendas include Community Comment, requests for purchases over $20,000, Reports and Recommendations and Public Hearings.
